The objective of this research was to evaluate the influence of personal, family, and school factors on the academic performance of sixth-grade students at 10626 school, with a sample of 148 students. A mixed-methods approach was used, applying quantitative methods through a multiple linear regression model and qualitative methods via interviews with teachers and the principal. The results revealed that personal factors such as internet access and study habits, along with family factors like parents' educational level and academic support at home, significantly influence academic performance. It was also observed that most students showed low performance levels, particularly in Mathematics, partly due to limitations in school infrastructure and reduced access to technological resources, which were also highlighted as factors negatively affecting students' performance. The research underscores the importance of integrating more technology into the classroom and fostering greater parental involvement to improve academic outcomes at school. These joint efforts could be key to closing gaps and providing better learning opportunities for students.
