Resumen
Las escuelas de educación básica regular, atraviesan a diario la búsqueda de la inserción total, de los niños y niñas, en favor de las necesidades educativas especiales que algunos poseen, y de los que no las manifiestan. En base a lo mencionado, se realizó una investigación propositiva con fines de diseñar un programa de sensibilización, para potenciar la inclusión educativa en niños y niñas de cinco años de edad. Bajo esta mirada se exponen objetivos específicos. Primero, establecer el estado actual de la inclusión educativa de los niños de cinco años; y segundo, determinar las características del programa mencionado anteriormente. Dentro del nivel descriptivo básico, se utilizó el tipo no experimental; contando con una población finita, de esto parte la muestra de 52 estudiantes, con sexo femenino y masculino, seleccionada mediante el muestreo no probabilístico con carácter intencionado. Como resultado, en consideración a las tres dimensiones que se desarrollan en el instrumento escala de valoración, el resultado fue que el 62% de los evaluados tienen una calificación que se ubica en la escala de valoración de proceso, y ningún infante en escala de valoración de logro. A modo de conclusión, los porcentajes emitidos se interpretan a que gran parte de los estudiantes, de la institución pública, presentaban dificultades para la inclusión educativa. Ante esto urge la necesidad de proponer el programa de sensibilización propositivo que conlleva al mejor trato y convivencia de los estudiantes.
