Resumen
Este estudio tuvo como fin, determinar la influencia del liderazgo dentro de la cultura organizacional, de una cooperativa de préstamos, teniendo como objetivos identificar el liderazgo y cultura predominante en la cooperativa de préstamos, así como, determinar la relación entre el liderazgo y la cultura organizacional de la cooperativa de préstamos. Fue de diseño no experimental, cuantitativo, transversal, descriptivo, correlacional. Se basó en el modelo de Cameron y Quinn, OCAI, para la cultura organizacional; y el modelo VSM 94 de Hofstede, para el liderazgo; instrumentos que fueron aplicados a una población de 140 trabajadores, teniendo una confiabilidad del 0.84 de alfa de Cronbach. En consecuencia, un análisis de resultado de datos, y se empleó la regresión logística multinomial por medio del chi cuadrado, para verificar si hay o no asociación de variables.
